“The Classroom Song” singer Kim Chiu made it to Forbes as she hailed as one of this year’s 100 Digital Stars in Asia-Pacific.
Forbes on Tuesday officially released its list of 100 Digital Stars in Asia-Pacific.
The said list featured 100 singers, film, bands, and TV stars with a “strong social media presence” in the Asia-Pacific region.
Forbes added that the list placed the spotlight on celebrities who had maintained their relevance amidst the coronavirus pandemic and utilized their influence to help.

Kim Chiu then took to social media as became emotional after her name was included in the said list.
“I’m literally crying while typing all these,” Kim said in her Instagram post.
In a report on PUSH, Forbes highlighted how Kim used her viral gaffe “The Classroom Song” to raise funds for pandemic relief.
To recall, Kim’s statement during the Laban Kapamilya live stream last May became viral online. It inspired Kim to create the “Bawal Lumabas: The Classroom Song” and inspired to create a series “Bawal Lumabas: The Series“.
