Caviar had officially unveiled the custom-made iPhone 12 Pro with no cameras — the Caviar iPhone 12 Pro Stealth — on its website.
Manufacturers had recently started putting camera shutters on several devices such as laptops and computers with external cameras.
In terms of security measure, users may tend to put a tape over their computer’s web camera when not in use.
When it comes to smartphones, the best thing users can do was to manage their permission settings and choose which apps had access to their smartphone’s camera or they can just buy a smartphone that has no camera in it.
With this, Caviar officially introduced the “Caviar iPhone 12 Pro Stealth”.

Gizmochina reported that Caviar’s custom iPhone 12 Pro had no rear cameras, while the phone’s front camera was disabled.
According to Caviar, the “Non-cameras iPhone 12 Pro Stealth” was made specifically for those users who wanted a higher level of privacy.
Caviar’s custom iPhone 12 Pro came in two variants and had a starting price of USD 4,990.
It’s no surprise why smartphones without cameras were not common in the present time as it catered to a very small percentage of users and it would be easier for an organization to specifically request smartphones without cameras from a manufacturer than for a manufacturer to announce a smartphone without a camera.
