Vice Ganda is being transparent when it comes to the donation drive he initiated
It’s Showtime host Vice Ganda showed the transparency report of the donation drive that he started for the victims of typhoon Ulysses.
Vice is one of the celebrities who went out of their way to help the recent typhoon victims. He started a donation drive which is very helpful in this kind of calamity.
However, as no one can please everybody, even the good intention of the Unkabogable Star received criticism. In a report, it was said that Vice addressed those who bashed his donation drive. Some said that he does not need to raise funds because he can help from his own money.
The comedian-host stressed that he has no intention to skip giving from his own money as he started a fundraising drive. Vice Ganda, this project of raising funds was for his fans and supporters.
Through this, they can accumulate all the donated money from his fandom and this will be given to the people affected by the calamity, he also promised to be transparent when it comes to this.
True to his words, the noontime show host shared this transparency report in his recent Instagram post. “Madlang People ito na po ang inabot ng mga donasyon ninyo. Mabuhay po kayo at ang mga kababayan nating makakatanggap ng tulong nyo,” Vice said.
In the report, it was stated that they have raised over P1.2-million as of 11 AM of November 19. Also included in the report is the breakdown of amounts from different banks.
Vice Ganda also thanked those who supported his FUNDkabogable Donation Drive for the victims of typhoon Ulysses.
