Samsung officially launched its latest foldable smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy W21 5G, in China. Check out its specs, price, and availability below.

The said smartphone was the successor to its Galaxy W20 5G which was previously launched last year.

Also, the said smartphone adopted a clamshell design just like its predecessor and the device packed a specs lineup that was similar to Galaxy Z Fold2 5G.

Specifications

This smartphone packed a 7.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED Infinity-O display on the inside with a 120Hz refresh rate and Samsung Ultra-Thin Glass.

On the outside, there was a 6.2-inch HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity Flex display.

The Galaxy W21 5G was powered by an Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 865+ chipset with Qualcomm Adreno 650 graphics processor.

It also has a 12GB LPDDR5 internal memory, 512GB UFS 3.1 internal storage, and Android 10-based One UI 2.5.

For cameras, this smartphone packed a triple-rear camera setup consisting of 12MP main lens, 12MP telephoto lens, and 12MP 120° Ultra Wide sensor. It also has a 10MP front-facing camera.

This smartphone has only one color variant available: the new Glitter Gold. Moreover, this smartphone has a 4500mAh battery capacity. Other features were also present in this smartphone, including a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, SA/NSA dual-mode 5G support, dual 4G VoLTE, USB Type-C (Gen 3.2), NFC, and a lot more.

Price and Availability

As for the price, this smartphone was priced at CNY 19999 (~ USD 3,000) and was already available for pre-order in China.

In addition, this smartphone was developed in partnership with China Telecom.
