The Kapamilya superstar is also one of the regular performers in the ABS-CBN Sunday variety show ASAP until recently when he accepted a project aired in TV5.

A lot of people got questions about Piolo’s appearance in TV5. Undeniably, he is one of the most notable stars in the Kapamilya network. Recently, based on a report on ABS-CBN News, he broke his silence on his appearance in the Kapatid network.
Speaking to Charo Santos in the former ABS-CBN President’s Kumu talk show Dear Charo with Robert Labayen, Piolo Pascual affirmed that he is “Kapamilya forever”.
Also, he does not agree on giving their station ID an update as he might not be included – to which Charo also agrees. According to the former ABS-CBN President, the actor-singer is just “nangangapit-bahay”.
Piolo Pascual agreed to Charo Santos and said that he is just doing his job. Based on the report, he also spoke of his gratitude to the former ABS-CBN President.
“Nakapakaliit ng mundo natin. I guess, tatanda po tayong magkakasama… And I’ll always be grateful for the chance to know people like you, especially you, Tita (Charo),” Piolo said.
