Michele Gumabao reacted to a netizen who commented on her post saying: “Bkit ka natalo sa taga iloilo na pangit?”
Although the netizen did not name to whom it’s addressing the negative remark, it is clear that it’s referring to Miss Universe Philippines 2020 titleholder Rabiya Mateo.
The netizen then added: “Sayang ang beauty mo, matangkad, pretty, volleyball player pa, parang dinaya ka anu? Pero hayaan mo mas hamak kang maganda duon michele.”
On the previous coronation night of the star-studded pageant, the volleyball player-turned-beauty queen won as the second runner-up.
Michele Gumabao, on the other hand, replied: “Maganda po kami lahat ❤️ Salamat sa suporta po God bless!”

Meanwhile, Michele Gumabao and other winners of Miss Universe Philippines 2020 are currently busy participating in various relief efforts to help the victims of recent calamities.
It was on November 1 when the country was devastated by Super Typhoon Rolly damaging house structures and other infrastructures and on November 12, another typhoon hit the country.
Typhoon Ulysses drenched almost the entire Luzon brought by continuous rains.
This resulted in the release of water from the water reservoir which is said to be one of the reasons why Cagayan Valley submerged underwater.
