Actress-model Barbie Imperial revealed in the media conference of her upcoming digital series, her biggest insecurity.
Recently, the 22-year-old “Oh, Mando!” star has been making a buzz online particularly on social media over her beach-body glimpse.
But in the recent presscon of her upcoming series, she shared the reason why has been posting such photos.
According to her, she posted those pictures not for her past boyfriend or to anyone.
“Pino-post ko naman yun kasi gusto ko siya talagang i-post and before kasi, sobrang na-insecure ako sa stretchmarks ko. Ma-stretchmarks kasi akong tao,” she said.
“Sobrang halata niya kasi ang puti puti ko. Ngayon, habang tumatagal, and siguro habang tumatanda ka at marami kang natututunan, marami kang nakakasamang mga tao, parang you learn to love your own body talaga,” she added.
She stressed: “Pino-post ko talaga siya para sa sarili ko na parang nakikita ko rin na wow ito yung improvement and masaya ako na nakikita ko na mas nagiging okay yung body ko. Kasi mas gusto ko pa siyang pagandahin lalo.”
Barbie Imperial revealed that among the biggest challenges she had to face is moving on from her relationship with an actor in 2018.
Meanwhile, Barbie Imperial portrays the role of Kokoy de Santos’s girlfriend in the said BL (boys love) series.
However, her character got into a love triangle with Kokoy who fell in love with his schoolboy crush, portrayed by Alex Diaz.
