Filipino rapper Skusta Clee went private on Twitter after defending himself for accusing him over plagiarism allegations.
This, as netizens — paticularly BTS fans — accused him and Flow G for allegedly plagiarizing BTS’ track “Ddaeng”.
Based on a report on GMA News Online, it was last September when he and Flow G — both members of Ex Battalion — released a track “Deym – 90’s Gang” for a clothing line promotion.
A week after it was released, BTS fans noticed that the said track had some close resemblance to “BTS – Ddaeng” and ended up to a conclusion that Skusta Clee and Flow G had allegedly stolen the beat from the South Korean pop group.

On Sunday, October 4, Skusta Clee took to social media as he defended himself over plagiarism allegations.
According to him, he clarified that nothing was stolen but they borrowed the beat and vibe of BTS’ “Ddaeng”.
However, based on a report on allkpop, Skusta Clee changed the privacy of his official Twitter account to private and deactivated his official Facebook page as well.
[UPDATE] It was last Wednesday (October 7, 2020) when Ex Battalion Management released an official statement as it debunked the plagiarism allegations against him and Flow G.
According to a report on GMA Entertainment, band manager Mairon Philip Soliman clarified that Skusta Clee had no participation in the said song and his only participation in Flow G’s promotional music video was to serve as one of brand endorsers on the said clothing line.
Moreover, he denied that Skusta Clee tweeted any sort of statement and claimed that the said post was from a dummy account posing as the rapper.
