The group’s supposedly two-hour stream was suddenly cut off when criticism erupted.

Some netizens also advised the four members to leave the band before it escalates.

In the middle of the stream, Alcantara said, “Kalokohan yung Black Lives Matter, all lives matter.”

More than 5,000 shared the live stream on social media and most of them dubbed it as the group’s “last gig”.

MYMP’s Halloween Livestream garnered more than 143,000 views and 11,000 reactions.

MYMP has not yet made an official statement about the issue.

Meanwhile, the acoustic band MYMP or Make YouR Momma Proud was formed in 2003.

It was founded by singer Chin Alcantara.

Some of the former members of the group are singers Nina Girado and Juris Fernandez.

It is currently composed of Chin, Carmella Ravanilla, Aaron Cadaing, Benj Bamba and Rodnie Resos.

Among the songs popularized by the group are Tell Me Where it Hurts, Especially for You, Only Reminds me of You, A little bit, and many more.
