Nowadays, various government agencies and business establishments are hiring Persons with Disabilities to be their employees. They just want to give PWDs a chance and opportunity to show their skills despite their incapability.
PWD employees prove that their disabilities could not hinder them to reach their goal in life and to land a stable job.
The Facebook page “GMA News” has shared the inspiring photos of a PWD traffic enforcer who continue to work despite his condition. The photos garnered praises and admiration from the online community.
The disabled traffic personnel has been identified as Ricardo Cabulusan. The enforcer is joyfully managing and controlling the flow of traffic along Quirino Avenue and Peñafrancia Street in Pandacan, Manila.
The Manila Local Government Unit gave him the job of a traffic enforcer at the Manila Traffic and Parking Bureau as ordered by Mayor Isko Moreno.
