Pokwang reacts after being ridiculed online
Comedienne Marietta Subong or popularly known as Pokwang reacted to a basher on social media who called her “pangit, OA and papansin.”
Recently, Pokwang took to the image-sharing site, Instagram wherein she reposted a photo of her alongside her partner Lee O’Brian during the 2019 ABS-CBN Star Magic Ball.
Her photo was flooded with comments but among who caught her attention is the comment of a certain Instagram user: @analynsumating.
“Ang pangit..huhuhu i dont like this actress very OA.. Siya. papansin pa hhahah (sic),” the netizen wrote.
But instead of lambasting the basher, Pokwang calmly replied: “Next time spread love ‘nak wag puro hate kasi masyado na maraming pinagdaraanan ang mundo, magdasal na lang tayo kesa mag hasik ng galit.”
According to the entertainment website, Push, followers of Pokwang then reacted and praised the comedienne on how she handles the bashers.
It was just recently when Pokwang announced that she’s going to transfer to TV5 or Kapatid Network.
Pokwang and other celebrities such as Jessy Mendiola, Ria Atayde and to name a few were forced to shift network after their home network, ABS-CBN ceased its operation when it failed to renew its franchise.
She now hosts Fill in the Bank alongside Jose Manalo and Chika, Besh! with Pauleen Luna and Ria Atayde.
