MANILYN REYNES – The Kapuso actress brought her own chair in the set of GMA-7’s sitcom Pepito Manaloto.
One of the longest-airing sitcoms in the Philippine showbiz industry is Pepito Manaloto. It first aired in March 2010 and it has already shown over 350 episodes.
The said Kapuso sitcom is top-billed by comedian Michael V. or Bitoy who plays the character of Pepito Manaloto, Manilyn Reynes who acts as Pepito’s wife Elsa dela Cruz-Manaloto, Jake Vargas as Pepito and Elsa’s son Chito, and Angel Satsumi as their daughter Clarissa.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Pepito Manaloto cast members stayed at home for six months. It was just recently when they resumed taping.

Manilyn Reynes is strictly observing health protocols. Based on the article, she arrived in Pepito Manaloto‘s set solo as it is part of the protocol that actors and actresses won’t bring personal assistants.
Manilyn Reynes refused to be assisted in carrying her things as she sticks to the protocol for everyone’s safety. Although her chair is reportedly heavy, she was the one who carried it. She uses it in the taping.
