LAZADA – An unsatisfied customer expressed his dismay after receiving a “palpal” jacket from an online shop.

A few years ago, a lot of customers have been complaining against some online shopping platforms and online shops for receiving items far from the actual product they have ordered.
A Facebook user named Renz Potal has shared the photos of a pink jacket he ordered from an online shop. The jacket has its hood on the front instead at the back. The post garnered various reactions from the online community.
In the photos, it can be seen that the customer is fitting the jacket he received from Lazada. Unfortunately, the hood of the ‘Palpak’ jacket was placed on the front instead of at the back, which is inconvenient for the user.
