Amanda Page shared a glimpse of her life after she left showbiz
Former daring actress Amanda Page opened up about her life after she left the entertainment industry in the Philippines.
It was in the mid-90s when the name of Amanda became popular in showbiz. She was known as one of the daring stars during that era. However, in 2000, her name suddenly faded away in showbiz circles.
Based on the article from PEP, it was never Amandaâs intention to stay long in show business.
âNung time na iyon, nung pumasok ako sa pagiging artista, alam ko naman na it was just going to be ilang taon lang ang career ko. Kasi alam ko naman yung⊠never iniisip ko na ito lang ang gagawin ko sa buong buhay ko,â the former actress shared.
When she left showbiz, her left completely changed as it became quieter and more private. âSiyempre, my life ngayon is very different. Iâm a mom now. I have a seven-year-old son now. His name is Mason,â Amanda Page said.
The former daring actress also said that her life met a major change when she gave birth. She also shared that she is a working mom and she works five days a week while her psychiatrist husband is working in their own big psychiatric outpatient clinic in Ventura, California.

Amanda and her husband Dr. Lee Mendiola got married in 2010. Their clinic is catering to the needs of people who are suffering from depression.
âSo yung buhay ko ngayon is very work-centered and family-centered, pero mas masaya ako kasi yung ginagawa ko ngayon is very rewarding,â the former actress said.
Amanda Page also shared the adjustments that they did because of the pandemic. She said that they really had a hard time during the summer. Fortunately, the situation now in their areas is not so difficult anymore.
