TV5 has been placed under a two-day lockdown after an employee of the Kapatid Network who tested positive for COVID-19.
The lockdown will begin on Wednesday, August 26.
All network employees were sent home for the disinfection to be held at the Kapatid Network building in Reliance Street, Mandaluyong City.
TV5 is following the guidelines implemented by the Inter-Agency Task Force on Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF) to ensure the safety of employees from COVID-19.

The lockdown affected TV5 live shows so replay episodes will be available until Friday, August 28.
According to PEP.ph, news programs are live telecast, but news anchors will be virtual or report from their homes.
