Sharon Cuneta has this recent post about KC Concepcion
Megastar Sharon Cuneta recalled the sacrifices that she made for her first daughter KC Concepcion.
In her recent Instagram post, the singer-actress shared what she did in order to provide for her first-born. Sharon shared a throwback photo taken during the days when she did the movie Jack en Jill with Herbert Bautista.
She said that it was the last movie that she did that her marriage was still intact. After that, she had to undergo struggles.
“After this, I did Pasan Ko Ang Daigdig. Pinasan ko talaga ang Daigdig sa totoong buhay noon. Pinakapayat na naabot ko. At 5â6â tall, I weighed 109 lbs. and had a 23â waistline,” she said.

At that time, she was having trouble eating and sleeping properly. “Having lost my marriage, I did everything – almost to the point of almost throwing up blood – because I used my work as a major distraction,” the Megastar added.
Having that situation in her life, Sharon Cuneta said that KC Concepcion, her daughter with former husband Gabby Concepcion, has become her inspiration.
She tried to excel in her work and proved that she deserves the moniker “Megastar” which the press has given to her.
“But what a way to get there. Gained so much in my career, lost everything including my sense of self-worth, my self-esteem, and my trust in people and in falling in love,” Mega shared.
She added that at that time, all she had was KC and she sacrificed everything raising her first daughter. Sharon said that she provided for her daughter on her won even though her parents told her to just moved in with them.
“I did my best. Kung may kulang pa, hindi ko na poproblemahin yon. Basta ako alam kong I did EVERYTHING for her,” the singer-actress said.
Sharon Cuneta also said that even when the time she decided to get married again, her first thought was if the man will be a good father to KC.
