Netizens had recently reacted on social media after knowing that actor Robin Padilla was assigned as the Chairperson of the Communication Panel of the Multi-Sectoral Advisory Board (MSAB) of the Philippine Army.

Col. Ramon Zagala, the spokesperson of the Philippine Army, on Wednesday said that Robin Padilla was named as the chairperson of the communications panel of the Multi-Sectoral Advisory Board (MSAB) of the Philippine Army.

According to Zagala, they saw Robin as a “Muslim youth advocate” — someone who could influence the Muslim youth and veer them away from terrorism.

However, netizens weren’t happy with the said news and gave their reactions about this on social media.

Twitter user @lorenadenise said Robin’s current position was what the actor was waiting for, adding that Robin knew if he’s worthy of his job or not.
