Quiboloy hits PhilHealth
Pastor Apollo Quiboloy aired a statement regarding the corruption within the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth).
The religious leader backs President Duterte- who has been furious among those who are involved in the anomalies within the state-run insurance firm.
Apollo Quiboloy, a close friend of Duterte, believes that the country’s highest leader will expose those who are involved in the PhilHealth corruption.

Meanwhile, the issue about PhilHealth corruption first erupted after resigned PhilHealth anti-fraud legal officer Thorrsson Montes Keith revealed in a Senate hearing that a whopping P15 billion worth of funds have been pocketed by the so-called ‘mafia‘ in a “syndicate-like” transactions.
President Rodrigo Duterte has ordered the Department of Justice (DOJ) to form a Task Force that will investigate the anomalies in the agency.
Recently, Ombudsman issued a 6-months preventive suspension order against former and incumbent officials of PhilHealth.
