Patrich Walter Harris, the netizen who ridiculed the daughter of Pauleen Luna and Vic Sotto has issued a public apology.
Earlier, Harris was heavily criticized after he mocked the daughter of celebrity couple Vic and Pauleen.
Pauleen Luna herself reached out to Harris who earlier said that it’s better for him to go to jail than issue an apology.
But a while ago, he went to the social networking site, Facebook wherein he apologized to the Sotto family.
