Earlier, the 23-year-old actress went to Twitter wherein she shared a preview of her upcoming project with her on-screen partner and ex-boyfriend, Joshua Garcia.
It is accompanied with the caption: “Cheers” while Joshua Garcia is being tagged on the post.
He then reacted by saying: “Cheers @barrettojulia ! Thank you sa followback. HAHAH”.
It appears that the former couple unfollowed each other on social media after their separation.
Julia Barretto quipped and asked him: “Sa IG follow back na din?”
Joshua Garcia, on the other hand, responded by commenting: “May pa-unfollow unfollow pa kasi (smiling face with open mouth and tightly-closed eyes) sige, papaburger ako.”
Julia Barretto ended their conversation by noting: “Wag ka abangers tonight, bukas na kita follow back.”
Their conversation immediately caught the attention of netizens with some asking if are they going to rekindle their romance.
