Jodi Sta Maria shared parenting tips for son’s future girlfriend

Ang Sa Iyo Ay Akin actress Jodi Sta Maria shared that she does researching on the girl who her son Thirdy likes.

Thirdy is Jodi’s son with former partner Pampi Lacson. Although they got separated, they remained friends. Jodi even has a close relationship with actress Iwa Moto, the current partner of Pampi. Jodi’s son is also close to Iwa and her daughter.

Thirdy is about to turn 15 years old and in this kind of phase in his life, it is just normal to have crushes. This phase introduces interest to girls. Jodi Sta Maria appeared to have accepted this phase that her son is going through.

Based on the article from Pilipino Star Ngayon, the Kapamilya actress are doing ways to know more about the girls that her son likes.

“I think it’s okay children. They have to understand na if we do research, it’s not because gusto natin magkontrabida or makialam or manghimasok sa buhay nila. May karapatan tayo bilang tayo ang kanilang mga ina,” Jodi said.

The actress added that it is just a way of making sure if her son likes the right person or if what type Thirdy likes. She also said that part of her research is to know what kind of girls as well as friends her son likes to hang out with.

Being a single mom did not hinder Jodi to provide the love and care that her son need. She also shared that Pampis a very responsible father to Thirdy.

“I think that no matter what happens, ipaglalaban mo na maitaguyod pa rin siya nang matino, nang maayos. Kahit na parang hindi ko man siya nabigyan ng isang buong pamilya, I made sure na I will always be here sa abot ng makakaya ko to provide him with a good life,” Jodi Sta Maria stressed.
