Teen star Francine Diaz had recently shared her experience as she opened up about growing up in a poor family before pursuing her showbiz career.
According to her, they’re used to be in debt as they’re always cutted off by electricity and water. She added that they also moved a few houses after being evicted because they can’t afford the house rent.
Francine also said that she didn’t have a book just because her family can’t afford to buy a book when she’s in her first year high school. She added that those were the challenges that she and her family faced in life.
The hardships Francine experienced as a young daughter taught her to value hard work and to become more mature.

Francine then said that she thought of anting to have a job at that time as he wanted to help her mother, adding that she used to really wanted to be an actress.
Her popularity rose during the run of ABS-CBN’s afternoon series “Kadenang Ginto”. Francine, along with “Kadenang Ginto” co-stars Kyle Echarri, Seth Fedelin, and Andrea Brillantes became known as “The Gold Squad”.
When asked about her message to her seven-year-old self, she told a seven-year-old Francine that she would just enjoy her childhood and she was very proud of her because she knew she’s just that age and she knew she’s really trying to be better at things she’s not good at.
