Former PBB Housemate Baninay Bautista & BF Bont Oropel Tested Positive for COVID-19
Former PBB housemate Baninay Bautista and her boyfriend, Bont Oropel, announced that they tested positive for COVID-19 disease.
Undeniably, the COVID-19 pandemic is persisting in the Philippines now. The Department of Health (DOH) is recording a minimum of 3,000 cases of the disease daily for several days now which brought the total to 169,213 cases as of this writing.
Community quarantine measures are still up in the country. Among the patients of COVID-19 are several known personalities.

Recently, former PBB housemate Baninay Bautista confirmed that she tested positive for COVID-19. Her boyfriend, Bont Oropel, and his mother and sibling also tested positive for the disease.
Both Baninay and Bont posted videos that detailed their experiences. According to Bont, it was just recently when his father died and he was a suspected COVID-19 patient.
Bont claimed that they were not assisted well by the nurses in the hospital where they brought his father for admission. He had breathing difficulties until he passed away.
Former PBB housemate Baninay Bautista, Bont’s mother, and his sibling tested for COVID-19. Bont did not undergo swab testing during that time as he was not feeling well.
Baninay and Bont’s mother and sibling tested positive for COVID-19 so they had to be moved to an isolation facility. He also tested for the disease and his result came out positive.
The boyfriend of Baninay described their experience as “traumatic”. He lost his father and many of them are COVID-19 positive now. Here are the vlogs they posted on YouTube:
