Beauty queen Nicole Cordoves took to social media to defend Catriona Gray amid controversy with the latter’s ex-boyfriend Clint Bondad.
Nicole and Catriona are close friends and co-workers. Catriona was crowned Miss Universe 2018, while Nicole was Miss Grand Internationational 2016 first-runner up.
Clint and Catriona have been in a relationship with for more than six years before they separated in late 2018.
Nicole said she could not bear the baseless accusations thrown against Catriona Gray.
Recently, netizens were puzzled over the mysterious posts of Clint Bondad on his Instagram Stories.
Catriona and her boyfriend Sam Milby were involved, as Clint regularly referred to himself as “the ex” and the names “Cat” and “Sam.”
Also, on July 13, Clint announced that he had contacted Sam via direct message on Instagram, but it was not clear if he meant it personally or business.
Until Clint’s name trended on Twitter from July 16 to July 18 because of the 24-hour countdown he launched about his alleged explosive announcement.
As a result, netizens have come up with various theories in decoding Clint’s cryptic posts.
Meanwhile, Nicole insists that Clint’s accusations against Catriona should not be believed.
Nicole did not directly name Clint, but it can be inferred that she was referring to the actor-model.
Sam Milby on the other hand reacted to malicious information allegedly related to his relationship with Catriona.
It was only on May 23 when Sam admitted that he had found new love with Catriona. They decided to reveal their romance in public although they want to keep their relationship private as much as possible.
