This Bubble Gang Star Just Graduated from College After 10 Years

Denise Barbacena, a GMA-7 artist and a Bubble Gang star is proud to share that after 10 years and a pandemic, she finally graduated from college.

The 25-year-old actress-singer finished Bachelors of Science degree in Medical Technology from Our Lady of Fatima University in Antipolo.

Earlier the actress took to the image-sharing site, Instagram wherein she shared her graduation photo.

Denise Barbacena thanked the people who had helped her for the last 10 years.

On YouTube, she recalled via a vlog how she started as a freshman in 2010 then the following year joined the GMA-7reality talent search, Protégé.

However, she backed out of the competition early.

After her stint in the reality talent search, she guested on Kapuso network’s Sunday noontime shows, starred in drama and teleseryes, and eventually became a Bubble Gang mainstay.

Despite her busy schedule, she decided to finish her course. She even completed one semester for a year.

She also faced academic challenges along the way due to her full-course load.

But after 10 years of working hard, the singer who had collaborations with Gloc-9 via “Hari ng Tondo” and “Dapat Tama” finally finished her college degree.

According to PEP.ph, in the last part of her vlog, she gave an inspiring message to her fellow graduates.
