Eat Bulaga host Ruby Rodriguez wrote this comment on the post of fellow noontime show host Alden Richards and this sparked intrigue between them.

The Dabarkads, the name tagged to the EB hosts as a whole, as well as to the viewers and supporters of the show, are known for their tight bond with each other. Behind the camera, they consider each other as friends and extended family members.

However, in a recent post of Alden, the comment of Ruby elicited speculations that something negative is happening between them.

“Kilala mo pa ba ako?” Ruby wrote. Based on the article form PEP, this comment received questions from a netizen. “Why, has he not wished you well during your hospitalization? Or has he not reached out to you?” the said netizen asked.

To recall, Ruby Rodriguez was hospitalized a few days ago due to a stomach condition. She is now recovering. The presumption of the netizen because of this was slammed by other netizens.

Due to the intrigue that her comment created in the minds of other netizens, Ruby clarified that it is just their “biruan”.

In her Twitter post, the comedienne-host also reiterated that what she commented on Alden’s post is part of their normal conversation as hosts of Eat Bulaga.

“Ano ka ba dondon! Ganon lagi batian namin pag matagal na hindi nagkikita. Lalo na pag nagbakasyon. Si Joey nagpauso nun kilala mo pa ba kami/ako? Dont put a bad light Magkatext kami! Natural lang namiss ko din sya. Ano ba [smiling face with tears of joy emojis]” she clarified.
