According to the 30-year-old beauty queen-turned-actress, the role was supposed to be her launching TV project.

In an interview with PEP.ph and other members of the press, she revealed that the founder of Star Magic, the talent management of ABS-CBN haven’t spoken to her for long after the incident.

She refused to accept that TV project in 2010 as she noted that it entails a daring role.

Pia Wurtzbach is not new in the limelight. She has been in the show business for eight (8) years already at the time.

Pia Wurtzbach started her showbiz career in 2002 via Star Magic Batch 11 alongside Maja Salvador, Glaiza de Castro, Pauleen Luna, and celebrity siblings Rayver and Rodjun Cruz.

She wasn’t able to have a major break that prompted her to try her luck in the world of pageantry.

But actually, two lead roles were offered to her. The first one is Precious Hearts Romances Presents: Midnight Phantom which was later starred with Denise Laurel and Rafael Rosell.

While the other TV project is the remake of ABS-CBN of Mula Sa Puso which was originally starred with Claudine Barreto and Rico Yan.

The remake introduced Lauren Young, JM de Guzman, and Enrique Gil as among the casts.

It was in 2013 when Pia started to join beauty pageants and in 2015, she won the much-coveted Miss Universe title.

Meanwhile, Pia Wurtzbach previously hosted the defunct ABS-CBN talent show, World of Dance Philippines.

She is now in a relationship with businessman Jeremy Jauncey.
