A lady netizen exposed why COVID-19 cases in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental continue to increase “Joke time kasi ang protocol nila”.
A Facebook user named Cielo Luz Mondejar exposed why the cases of coronavirus disease in Bacolod City increased. The controversial post garnered various reactions from the online community.
Mondejar narrated that she was placed under a quarantine facility for three days together with some individuals. The management decided to fill their room with newly-arrived passengers but she and her roommates refused.
After four days in the quarantine facility, Cielo and her roommates undergone a swab test and the management instructed them to go home because the facility could not accommodate the upcoming individuals.
The management told them that the City bus would bring them home. They thought that the bus would directly bring them to their houses but the vehicle just dropped them somewhere in the city and had to commute just to go home.

“Bakit tumataas ang cases sa Bacolod? Joke time kasi ang protocol nila.
Una, after 3 days ng nasa quarantine facilities kami, plan na i fill up ang isang bakante sa room namin ng mga bagong dating, mabuti na lang at hindi kami pumayag ng roommates ko.
Pangalawa, after 4 days nag swab testing kami. Nang gabi bigla silang tumawag, papauwiin na kami ng 7am kinabukasan kasi may darating daw na bagong batch at di na kasya sa quarantine facilities kaya best option daw nila ay pauwiin kami para home quarantine. ‘Bawal daw sundo kasi ihahatid kami ng City bus’. Ang akala naman namin ay from quarantine facility hanggang tapat talaga kami ng bahay ihahatid. Highway lang pala kami ihahatid. So kaming PUMs kung saan-saan na lang na kanto iniwan ng City bus. Majority talaga sa amin nag commute pauwi. 🤡🤡🤡
Pangatlo, akala ko naman ay seryoso sila sa pag endorse sa amin sa barangay. During orientation sinasabi nila lalagyan pa daw ng PUM ang harap ng bahay namin para aware ang community na bawal kaming gumalagala. Ngayon lang tumawag para papuntahan ng BHW para bigyan ako ng additional form for monitoring. 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ Sariling sikap ang pagmonitor ng temperature at symptoms. 🤪🤪🤪
Hugas kamay. Ang daming pinapirmahan na conforme para kung may positive, sa amin ang sisi dahil lumabag kami. 😅😅😅 I mean di mo din masisisi ang iba na di nila siniseryoso ang strict isolation at pagalagala sila, ni tamang endorso sa barangay hindi nagawa ng city government. 👀”
