Andrea Brillantes looks like Blackpink’s Jennie
Kapamilya star Andrea Brillantes has taken the internet by storm after looking like Blackpink member Jennie with her hairstyle.
Recently, the 17-year-old actress took to the image-sharing site, Instagram wherein she posted a photo of herself sporting the hairstyle of Jennie from Blackpink.
“Ha, how you like that?” she wrote as the accompanying caption, referring to the latest single of the South Korean girl group.
Her photo was then flooded with mixed reactions from the netizens including celebrities commenting on the said picture.
“Ang ganda,” Maymay Entrata commented.
“Super pretty,” actress and cosplayer Myrtle Sarrosa noted.
As of posting, her photo has already generated more than 600,000 likes.
According to ABS-CBN News, Andrea Brillantes marked a milestone on social media after reaching 9 million followers on the image-sharing site, Instagram.
The Gold Squad member is one of the many fans of Blackpink in the country.
Andrea Brillantes or Anndrew Blythe Daguio Gorostiza in real-life rose to fame in her portrayal as Margaret “Marga” Mondragon-Bartolome in the hit defunct ABS-CBN afternoon series, “Kadenang Ginto.”
Kadenang Ginto also stars with Dimples Romana, Beauty Gonzalez, Francine Diaz and to name a few.
On the other hand, Jennie is a member of the South Korean girl group Blackpink which consists of Jisoo, Rosé, and Lisa. The group formed by YG Entertainment debuted on August 8, 2016.
One of its hit singles is “Let’s Kill This Love” which has already generated more than 800 million views on the video-sharing site, YouTube.
