Customer Refuse to Pay Delivery Rider Because He Is 4-Minute Late
CANCELED ORDER – A delivery rider gets disappointed after a lady customer refused to pay the order because he is 4 minutes late.
Over the past few months, delivery riders kept on complaining against customers who were making fake bookings and cancelling their orders although the transaction has been made and food has been purchased.
Delivery employees usually lost money whenever customers will cancel their orders since the product cost will not be reimbursed.
A Facebook user named Keith De Guzman shared his disappointment towards a lady customer who refused to pay its order because the delivery arrived 4 minutes late. The post garnered various reactions online.
Keith who is working as a Lalamove rider has posted his conversation with a lady customer for a delivery transaction. The rider informed his client that he is already in front of the gate and ready to deliver the food.
Unfortunately, the unidentified customer refused to accept and pay her order because the rider allegedly arrived 4 minutes late. The rider received the booking at 1:50 pm and arrived at the customer’s house around 2:24 pm, which is supposed to be 2:20 pm.
