State News Agency Reports First COVID-19 Fatality In Kuwait

Kuwait had reported its first fatality due to coronavirus disease, according to a state news agency.

A state news agency in Kuwait on Saturday said that the country had reported its first fatality from COVID-19 or coronavirus disease.

This, as KUNA reported that the Kuwaiti Ministry of Health on Saturday confirmed the first COVID-19 fatality, adding that 62 newly-confirmed coronavirus cases were added.

As of this writing, Kuwait already had reported a total of 479 confirmed COVID-19 cases, one fatality, and 93 recoveries.

Globally, the coronavirus disease had killed over 60,000 patients worldwide and infected over one million, adding that 235,902 patients were already recovered from the virus worldwide.
