The Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) officially announced that the event was canceled due to global concerns over a coronavirus disease or COVID-19.

This, as the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) released a statement on its website, saying that the Entertainment Software Association (ESA) has made a decision to cancel this year’s expo, which was scheduled on June 9 to June 11, 2020, at the Los Angeles Convention Center in Los Angeles.

In addition, the ESA was opt to explore other options with its members in order to “coordinate an online experience” that would present industry news and announcements which will be shared on its website on June 2020.

Following the cancellation of this year’s expo, the ESA was looking forward to bringing its fans, exhibitors, and partners the “E3 2021” as a “reimagined event”.
