In a video from Caloocan PNP, it showed that violators were holding a rope while they’re walking at the streets. Menor explained that this would maintain their physical distancing while heading to the police station.
As per the report, Caloocan PNP will file a case against ECQ violators for disobeying the person in authority in relation to the guidelines of the enhanced community quarantine.
