Mark Blum, an American actor, died at the age of 69 because of his complications from the coronavirus disease. This was confirmed by the Screen Actors Guild.

In a statement, Gabrielle Carteris, the President of the Screen Actors Guild – American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA), said that the guild’s sympathies went to Janet Zarish, Mark’s wife; his friends; and his loved ones.

Mark was known for his acting roles in various films, including Crocodile Dundee and Desperately Seeking Susan. He was also a veteran actor and served as a board member of Screen Actors Guild New York from 2007 to 2013.
