Recently, the Facebook page “Duterte Today” has shared the video footage of a motorist together with a lady passenger arguing with traffic enforcers after committing a traffic violation.
In the video, it can be seen that the traffic enforcers apprehended the motorcycle rider and its lady passenger for not wearing crash helmets while riding a motorcycle. The angry lady even argued with the enforcers.
