‘StarStruck V’ Ultimate Survivor Steven Silva is living this life now
Steven Silva, the StarStruck V Ultimate Survivor, is living this kind of life now after he left his showbiz stints.
Almost a decade ago, Steven saw the opportunity to have a career in showbiz when he auditioned in the Kapuso talent search. At that time, he and his family were living in Davao. He was the first-ever contestant from Mindanao who joined StarStruck.
His female counterpart was Sarah Lahbati who is now in the Kapamilya network. After they were hailed as the Ultimate Male and Female Survivors of the fifth season of the talent search, they started to appear in several shows in GMA.
In 2012, he did a movie titled Just One Summer under GMA Films. Aside from this, he also ventured into theater acting. Steven Silva joined in the cast of theater plays such as Hope For the Flowers (2012), Grease (2014), and La Cage aux Folles (2015).
His inclusion in the said musicals is because of his talent in singing. He was able to show his musical side on the defunct musical variety shows of GMA, SOP and Party Pilipinas.
When he left his acting stints in front of the camera, Steven did not completely turn his back from the entertainment industry. Based on his Instagram bio, the StarStruck alumna is now a voice-over talent and a disc jockey. His regular program in JAM 88.3 is every Monday to Thursday, from 9 AM to 12 PM. Aside from this, he also does events hosting stints.
Based on some of his posts, Steven Silva is currently in a relationship with Candy Gamos, who is also a DJ.
