Young Kapuso actress Mika dela Cruz was rushed to the hospital because of this particular health emergency.

Sickness and ailments do not choose in whatever status in life you belong. Even wealthy personalities and popular celebrities get sick from time to time, especially those who seldom pay attention to their health.

This was what happened to Mika just recently. She shared on her recent Instagram post that she was rushed to the hospital. “Last october naconfine din ako dito because of a viral + bacterial infection.. last week naunang naconfine si mommy for dengue, ako nagbantay sakanya sa ospital hanggang sa kakapuyat nilagnat nadin ako,” she said.

Unfortunately, she and her mom shared the same health problem and that saddened her. The young actress also called out to her social media followers to give time to know their health status.

“To everyone who’s busy sa kani kanya niyong mga buhay at trabaho na nakakalimutan niyong alagaan at kamustahin ang sarili niyong mga katawan please do it,” Mika dela Cruz said.

She also shared that she used to laugh at her friend who has been reminding her to take her vitamins. Mika also shared this advice:

take that rest day.
drink your vitamins.
sleep early when you can.
go on that much needed vacation.
breathe and listen to your body.
mahirap magkasakit, masakit din sa bulsa
