Green Day on Friday announced that the band will reschedule its Asian tour due to the health and travel concerns with COVID-19.
This, as Green Day, through its social media accounts, announced on Friday that they made the “difficult decision” to reschedule its upcoming shows in Asia. Yet, the band added that they’re looking forward to seeing their fans as well as they will be announcing their new dates in the future.
We have unfortunately made the difficult decision to postpone our upcoming shows in Asia due to the health + travel concerns with coronavirus. We know it sucks, as we were looking forward to seeing you all, but hold on to your tickets we’ll be announcing the new dates very soon.

The band was supposed to have a concert in Manila on March 14 at the Mall of Asia Area. Aside from Green Day, other bands and artists also rescheduled their Asian tour dates over health and travel concerns with COVID-19.
