Co-workers of Coco Martin fired back to Robin Padilla
Following Robin Padilla’s tirade against FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano lead actor Coco Martin, the latter’s co-workers fired back.
When Robin aired his side regarding the issue on ABS-CBN franchise renewal, he also attacked celebrities, both from the Kapamilya and Kapuso network, who showed support. The action star, who is known as a supporter of Duterte administration, even challenged his fellow celebrities to reveal what is written in their contracts and compared this to those who are non-regular workers in the network.
With this, Robin received support from several netizens while there were also those who slammed his tirade. A netizen who defended ABS-CBN and its talents mentioned the name of Coco Martin and commended him for helping a lot of people not like what Robin Padilla is doing.
With this, the husband of Mariel Padilla counter-attacked and said accused Coco of exhibiting rude behaviour on the set of his series. It was alleged that the Kapamilya star poured water to an elderly audio man who fell asleep. There were also allegations that Coco fight with a female location manager.
Amid Robin’s tirade against Coco, several past and present co-workers of the latter disproved the allegations against him. On the Instagram account @cocomartin_ph, an account intended for all the projects Coco Martin, screenshots of comments from his co-workers were shared.
They attested that the Kapamilya actor is a good person and that they witnessed his kind-hearted acts to other people. Some of them even shared that “buhusan ng tubig” has become part of the tradition on the set of AP as part of their celebration.
