Former Viva Hot Babes member Asia Agcaoili is living this life now
Asia Agcaoili, a former member of the all-girl group Viva Hot Babes, is living this kind of life now.
The said group that was composed of actresses and models was founded by Viva executive Vic del Rosario back in 2003. Among the members were Maui Taylor, Katya Santos, and Andrea del Rosario.
Throughout the duration of their careers as a group, they were able to release several albums such as Basketbol, Bulaklak, Kikay, Best of OPM Novelty Hits, Best of OPM Novelty Hits & Best of OPM Jukebox Hits.
Luckily, Asia became part of the group on its second wave. Through that stint, she was able to penetrate the small screen through the shows Singles in ABC. Then, she joined the reality show Extra Challenge in GMA.
Aside from her TV appearances, she was also a disc jockey in Magic 89.9. Her wit also extended to her articles in FHM Philippines which she talked about love and relationships. She became a regular cast member of Kapamilya shows Bida Si Mister, Bida Si Misis, Vietnam Rose and ‘Till Death Do Us Part.
Asia Agcaoili also became part of the defunct Kapamilya noontime show MTB. However, she faced controversy when she had a “nip slip”. The Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) suspended her for 20 days because of that.
Her hosting abilities led her to her own show on Studio 23, the Pinoy Big Brother: Si Kuya, KaBarkada Mo which featured snippets from the primetime telecast of Pinoy Big Brother.
After leaving the entertainment industry, Asia Agcaoili found a career in another field. Based on a YouTube video, she is now living in Auckland, New Zealand with her own family. She got married to her husband Bram van der Kolk in 2009, based on the info from her Facebook account.
The former Viva Hot Babes member is now a beauty product endorser and investor.
