Atty. Joji Alonso said in a statement that Yeng Constantino has already posted bail Friday on Warrant Of Arrest issued by Surigao Del Norte court.
This, after Surigao del Norte Regional Trial Court has issued a warrant of arrest for Yeng Constantino due to cyber libel complaint that was filed last December 2019. However, Atty. Joji Alonso said that her client was said to be clueless about the case filed against her.

In a statement, Atty. Joji Alonso said that they will address the charges in the coming days.
Based on the order issued by Surigao del Norte Regional Trial Court, Yeng was accused of violating Sec 4 (c) (4) of the Republic Act 10175 or the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012.
