Nadine Lustre officially left Viva Artists Agency, according to her lawyers.
Kapunan & Castillo Law Offices said in a statement on Monday, January 27, that Nadine Lustre has officially left Viva Artists Agency.
In a statement, Kapunan & Castillo Law Offices said that Nadine’s decision was “consistent with her rights under the Civil Code of the Philippines, specifically Article 1920,” thus, she decided to leave her agency contract with Viva.
According to Article 1920 of the Civil Code of the Philippines, “the principal may revoke the agency at will, and compel the agent to return the document evidencing the agency. Such revocation may be express or implied.“
Nadine Lustre’s lawyers said that she was “self-managed and will continue to be so indefinitely,” thus, Nadine “shall directly manage her affairs,” as well as “bookings and inquiries may be directly addressed to her.”
Previously, Nadine Lustre signed a contract with James Reid’s record label, Careless Music Manila last December 2019.
