Leaving the management of ABS-CBN entered the mind of Judy Ann Santos in the past
Prominent drama actress Judy Ann Santos admitted that leaving the management of her mother network, ABS-CBN, entered her mind in the past due to this reason.
When Juday’s showbiz career started to bloom, she was already under the Kapamilya network. For several years in the industry, she never left her mother network until now. Throughout that time duration, she already did countless projects with ABS-CBN. The most recent one is her primetime series Starla.
During a recent interview, she revealed that when she was still younger, she also thought of transferring to another network, based on the article from Bandera. “Ewan ko ba, parang ganu’n nga yata siguro yun. Baka nagkakataon lang siguro yung everytime na may matatapos akong soap, mag-e-end na rin yung contract and everything, so everybody’s assuming na baka lilipat ng station,” she shared.
She admitted that there was a time that she felt “tampo” to her home network. “Kapag halimbawang meron kayong misunderstanding or miscommunication ng network, you always think of something big to do. Yung ayoko na,” Juday added.

Despite that kind of thought before, the actress said that everything falls into place once a conversation happened. She was able to say what she felt and thought to network’s executives Cory Vidanes and Direk Laurenti Dyogi.
“Siguro hindi naiiwasan yun, kasi ako na lang yata ang hindi umaalis dito sa ABS, parang hinihintay na lang yata nilang baka this time!” she jokingly said. On the other hand, she shared that leaving ABS-CBN was just a statement but apparently she will did not do that, based on the article.
