Alberto Rodulfo Y. dela Serna, the former executive assistant of ex-presidential spokesperson Harry Roque, is being linked to POGO. This follows the retrieval of documents signed by Roque from a POGO hub in Porac, Pampanga, which include an appointment paper for his former executive assistant.
