Jet Pilot Now Working As Food Delivery Rider

A commercial jet pilot is currently working as a food delivery rider after losing its job due to the effects of coronavirus outbreak.

The Thailander jet pilot identified as Kritee Youngfuengmont lose its job due to the implementation of lockdown aiming to contain the rapid spread of the coronavirus disease 2019.

Kritee Youngfuengmont is earn a good amount of cash as a commercial jet pilot but everything has changed after several countries implement lockdown. He knows that it was only temporary but he needs to feed his family and to pay his bills.

The 36-year-old man has decided to work as a food delivery rider since delivery employees were allowed to continue their work amid the lockdown. He started to deliver food and earn money for his family.

The former pilot is now earning around 1,500 Baht or 45$ per day and he could now pay his bills and provide the necessities of their family although it was a bit smaller than his usual income as pilot.

Life is unexpected and anything can happen at any time. You can enjoy the beautiful moments in life and in the blink of an eye, it all might just disappear,” Youngfuengmont said.

I suppose people have the image of us with high-flying, glamorous careers. But everyone forgets that we are just regular human beings with responsibilities and expenses, just like everyone else,” the pilot added.
