Lea Salonga got fully vaccinated against COVID-19
Filipina singer Lea Salonga recently took to social media as she shared that she got fully vaccinated against the coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
In a series of tweets, Lea shared on Tuesday that she’s fully vaccinated against COVID-19 after receiving her second dose of COVID-19 vaccine. She also shared an update on the side effects she received hours after receiving her second dose.
“So far, the only side effect around 10 hours after the shot is soreness at the injection site. Let’s see what happens when I wake up tomorrow,” Lea wrote.

After sharing an update on the initial side effects of COVID-19 vaccine, Lea then shared that she didn’t feel other side effects that she couldn’t handle.

She then shared that she’s thankful to have gotten vaccinated and urged the public to get vaccinated against COVID-19 as well.
“My arm still hurts, but thankfully not so much that I can’t type on a keyboard. No fever, no chills, no body aches. A little low batt, but otherwise normal. Thankful to have gotten vaxxed. If you haven’t yet, please do consider it,” Lea said.
