YouTube Shorts now available in the Philippines
First launched in the United States, YouTube’s short-form video format Shorts was already made available in the Philippines as YouTube was introducing Shorts in the Philippines so that mobile creators or artists can upload their short videos in order to get discovered.
YouTube recently rolled off Shorts so that users can easily create and publish high-quality content wherever they were. According to the company, users can be informed and entertained by bite-sized content in their spare minutes of the day.
Gizguide on Tuesday reported that Shorts was a new way to express creativity in “15 seconds or less”. The company also focused on building its foundation in three primary areas.

During the release of the early beta version in India last year, YouTube started testing few new tools for artists and creators. One of them was a multi-segment camera in order to compile several clips together.
Also, there was an option to record with music from a huge library of songs that will continue to be updated.
Moreover, YouTube equipped Shorts with speed controls in order to give users the flexibility to be creative in their performance and also has a timer and countdown function so that users can conveniently record even hands-free.
The platform was continuing to roll out more creation tools and also a simpler way of watching short videos. Also, it was planning to expand to iOS devices in more countries soon.
