The government officials and the authorities are implementing stricter rules and regulations to prevent the further spread of the coronavirus disease. They were sacrificing most of their times to ensure the safety of the public.
Most frontliners are experiencing hardships and difficulties in job but they must still observe maximum tolerance. They should still love, respect, and show consideration towards others in all instances.
The video footage of a public official who slammed a drug suspect into the wall garnered various reactions from the online community.
In the video, it can be seen that the public official slammed the suspect at the wall because of its violation. The 10-second video does not contain further details and information regarding the incident.
According to the reports, the video has been taken in a police station in the municipality of Sabanalaraga, Atlantico, Colombia and not in the Philippines. The incident happened last November 2, 2020.
However, the video has been altered and reuploaded again in December 3, 2020 and make it appear that it was taken in the Philippines. The report has been covered by Colombian-based news and other media companies.
The 23-year-old suspect has been identified as Jeiner Sarmiento. He was arrested for allegedly possessing illegal drugs. Unfortunately, most of the reuploaded videos have been removed.
