Rica Peralejo Hits Back at Tithes Accusation
RICA PERALEJO – The actress strongly responded to accusations that she misused church funds, expressing her frustration over claims spreading online.
A netizen suggested that people who steal tithes will face consequences, prompting Rica to explain that she and her family actually give money to the church, so it’s impossible for her to “steal” from it. She also said that her own earnings from years of work are much more than her husband’s or the church’s, making the accusations baseless.
“How can the one who funds the church steal from it? Also walang tithes samin do better koya,” she said.

In another post, Rica called out a TikTok user who kept suggesting she uses church money, saying these claims are unfair and untrue. She asked why this person kept targeting her, pointing out that the accusations ignore her financial independence and long career. Rica guessed that the attacks might come from personal issues or jealousy, mentioning past conflicts that could influence the person’s behavior. She invited others online to look into the situation and understand why she is being targeted.
