Female Passenger Criticizes Jeepney Driver Who Allegedly Harassed Her
A female passenger expressed her disappointment after she was allegedly harassed by a jeepney driver who accused her of not paying her fare.
Recently, Solen Lim Dela Torre, a Facebook user, shared photos of the jeepney driver who allegedly harassed her. The post quickly went viral and drew various reactions from the internet users.

According to Solen, the incident happened while she was riding a modern jeepney in San Dionisio. The driver accused her of not paying and insisted that it wasn’t the first time she had done so.
Solen calmly tried to explain that she had already paid, but the driver allegedly refused to believe her. She said the driver even tried to make her feel humiliated in front of other passengers, which left her feeling uncomfortable and disrespected.
Torre also recalled a separate incident involving the same jeepney, where she asked for her change but was told she had already received it even though she hadn’t. A fellow passenger, according to her, confirmed that she indeed hadn’t been given her change.
The online community reacted strongly to Solen’s post, with many urging her to report the driver to the proper authorities. Others shared their own unpleasant experiences with public transport drivers, calling for better discipline and respect among public utility operators.
